Sliding Scale Fees and Insurance
We accept Medicaid, Medicare and most insurance plans at all locations and for all services. An affordable sliding fee scale is offered to everyone who qualifies based on the health center guidelines. To find out if we accept your insurance or if you qualify for the sliding fee scale, please call one of our offices. We also have staff available to help you enroll in an insurance plan of your choice.
